Required Documents for Hajj/Umrah Visa

National Passport

• Completed Atlantic Sky Team Tours Hajj/ Umrah Booking Form
• Completed Visa Form
• A valid Passport for a minimum of 6 Months from return date
• Minimum of 3 blank passport pages
• Two recent passport size photographs
• Copy of Meningitis Vaccination Certificate ACWY
• Prove of address, work letter or electricity bill
• Marriage Certificate (if travelling mahram is husband)
• Birth Certificate (if travelling mahram is brother/son/ uncle etc.)
• If mahram name is DIFFERENT proof of relationship i.e. birth certificate or marriage certificate in English or Arab
• A required Deposit (per person)
• Note: For Women of 45 years & over can be travelling with group

 

For Non- National Passport

• Re-Entry Visa minimum of 6 months Validity
• GNIB Card minimum of 6 months Validity
• You must be resident in Ireland for over 1 year prior to travel

• Completed Visa Form
• Passport that is valid for a minimum of 6 Months from return date
• Minimum of 3 blank passport pages
• Two recent passport size photographs
• Copy of Meningitis Vaccination Certificate ACWY
• Prove of address; work letter or electricity bill
• Marriage Certificate (if travelling mahram is husband)

*All females under 45 years of age must be accompanied by Mahram (the accompanying mahram must be at least 17 years of age)
